These heavy duty nylon caster wheels are engineered for the most demanding industrial applications. With load capacities ranging from 220kg to 400kg per wheel, these casters are built to handle extreme weights in factories, warehouses, and heavy manufacturing environments.
The 5mm thick top plate (115mm × 100mm) provides exceptional strength and stability — significantly thicker than standard casters. The 42mm wide nylon wheels offer excellent load distribution and reduced rolling resistance. Nylon material is naturally impact-resistant, chemical-resistant, and wear-resistant, making it ideal for harsh industrial conditions.
Available in four diameters (4″, 5″, 6″, and 8″) and three mounting configurations — Fixed, Swivel, and Swivel+Brake. All sizes share the same 115mm × 100mm plate with 5mm thickness, allowing easy interchangeability across your equipment fleet.

Industrial Grade Nylon: Nylon (polyamide) is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic known for its excellent strength, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Unlike rubber or PU, nylon will not deform under heavy static loads — making it ideal for equipment that sits stationary for long periods then needs to move.
5mm Thick Top Plate: Most standard casters use 3mm or 4mm thick plates. These heavy duty casters feature a 5mm thick plate (115mm × 100mm) — significantly stronger and more resistant to bending under extreme loads. The larger plate size (115×100mm) also provides better weight distribution across your equipment frame.
42mm Wide Wheel: The extra-wide 42mm nylon wheel provides superior load distribution compared to standard 32mm wheels. This reduces floor stress, improves rolling stability, and extends the life of both the caster and your floor surface.
