⚠️ Safety First — Important Operating Guidelines
Always wear appropriate safety equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves when using power tools. Ensure the blade is securely tightened before operation. Do not exceed the maximum RPM rating of the blade. Inspect the blade for damage before each use. Keep hands away from the cutting path.
Note: When cutting mild steel, use appropriate cutting speed and feed rate to prevent overheating. For best results with Colorbond, use a slower feed rate to prevent burrs.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Multi-Material Saw Blade Technology — The Professional's Choice
Platinum Carbide Tips: The blade features premium platinum carbide tips, which provide superior hardness and wear resistance compared to standard carbide. This allows the blade to cut through tough materials like mild steel and timber with nails while maintaining sharpness.
Super Thin Kerf Design: The ultra-thin kerf reduces the amount of material removed during cutting, which means less cutting resistance, faster cutting speeds, and reduced material waste. This design also puts less strain on your power tool, extending its life.
40 Teeth — The Multi-Material Sweet Spot: A 40-tooth configuration provides the ideal balance between cutting speed and finish quality for multi-material applications. It cuts aggressively enough for fast work but still provides a clean finish on materials like Colorbond and aluminium.
Multi-Material Capability: This blade is specifically engineered for cutting non-ferrous materials (aluminium, copper, brass, plastic) and materials with embedded nails. The tooth geometry and carbide grade are optimised for these challenging materials, providing clean, burr-free cuts.
Size Selection Guide: Choose 105mm (4") tight spaces. Choose 115mm (4.5") for Choose 125mm (5") deeper cuts.
