This 13x4 4.00-6 Solid Wheel features an OFFSET HUB (SINGLE HUB) design. The wheel is specifically manufactured for light-duty applications including wheelbarrows, hand trolleys, and garden trolleys. The solid PU foam filled tyre is 100% puncture proof — no inner tube, no air required, never goes flat.
The wheel has a 16mm/20mm bore with ball bearings for smooth rolling. The rim is constructed from durable blue-painted metal. Net weight is 2.35kg per wheel.

What is an Offset Hub / Single Hub? Unlike a centre hub wheel where the axle passes through the middle of the wheel, an offset hub (single hub) has the mounting point offset to one side. This design is common on wheelbarrows and hand trolleys where the wheel mounts to a single arm or fork from one side only.
Why can't this be used on mowers, trailers, or highway? The offset hub design creates uneven force distribution. Under sustained heavy loads, high speeds, or continuous operation (like a trailer or mower), the offset hub puts excessive stress on one side of the tyre. This causes the tyre to deform and flatten over time.
Why can't it be used on Miller machines or heavy machinery? Miller machines and industrial equipment generate continuous vibration, heat, and heavy dynamic loads. The solid PU foam and offset hub construction are not engineered for these demands. The wheel will fail — potentially causing equipment damage or personal injury.
